More Than Just an Account
It’s great to see how much Market Harborough do for the local community, we weren’t completely aware of it when we got our accounts but was pleasantly surprised with the amount of good work that goes on, from helping with the Local housing Initiative, Foodbanks and local charities, its great to be apart of that and feel like we are doing something as well. 
MHBS Launches Rent to Own Initiative
MHBS has launched a new Rent to Own initiative that will help local renters build a pathway to homeownership. Eligible tenants living in one of five newly renovated flats in the heart of Market Harborough will, when they are ready to buy their first home, receive 60% of the rent they have paid for up to three years back towards their housing deposit.
