We'd like to reassure you that we are carefully monitoring the developments of COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, and are taking steps to protect customers, intermediary partners and team members from the health impact. In line with the approach that many intermediary businesses have taken, we have postponed face to face visits. Behind the scenes we continue to operate as normal. We have solutions in place to keep your cases moving, including:
– Holding a Credit Committee and issuing offers daily
– Where possible, completing desktop or AVMs before issuing AIPs
