We lend on purchase and remortgage cases between £200k and £3.5m, and up to 75% LTV. Our strength is in finding solutions for out-of-the-ordinary applications. So, if you’re struggling to find a lender who can help, you’ve come to the right place.

  • Our expertise is in finding solutions for out of the ordinary mortgage cases, whether a purchase or remortgage. Complex properties and multiple income types considered. 

  • This includes multi-units, regulated lets and low yield properties, and there is no upper age limit.

    Our holiday let options include multi-units, non-owner occupier and Airbnb, with regulated lets also considered.

    • Second homes

    We will lend on purchase and remortgages of second homes. Full interest only loans are available with no minimum equity required.

    • Unusual properties
  • Come to us with your quirky properties! Annexes, multiple kitchens, multiple buildings, and large acreage are all considered. If you have something out of the ordinary, please talk to us.

    We offer a flexible approach to income and affordability for HNW clients. Our HNW bridging finance is available with up to five years rolled up interest.

    We will lend to age 85, even on our interest only options. We also consider cases where the income is from SIPPs or other pension drawdowns.

    This includes foreign currency income, trust and investment income, maintenance income, capital drawdown for income and multiple income sources.

    • Interest only

    Our interest only solutions include sale and downsize, as well as other repayment strategies such as sale of property, investments and pension lump sums.

    Our regulated bridging solutions offer a rolled-up interest facility and no early repayment charges. This includes re-bridging and raising funds against a residence for development.

    • Multi-generation solutions

    For families and friend groups, up to four applicants/incomes.

    • Joint borrower, sole proprietor

    At MHBS, we have no family requirement for this mortgage solution, and can combine it with our multi-generation lending solutions.
