Planned maintenance schedule

To ensure our Online Service continues to operate effectively, we occasionally have to take it offline to carry out essential maintenance.

Wherever possible we aim to schedule our planned maintenance to keep the disruption to a minimum.

*Due to planned maintenance our Online Service will be unavailable from 3.00pm 4 April to 10.00am 8 April*

You’ll be able to access your account(s) online as normal until 3.00pm on Friday 4 April. After that, maintenance will take place meaning you’ll be unable to access the Online Service. It will be available again by 10.00am on Tuesday 8 April.

Account opening/new transactions
If you’re planning to open an account, or access your funds over the weekend, we recommend doing so before 3.00pm Friday. Visit our dedicated page to find out what services are available and how we can help. Or please call 01858 412412, from 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
