Payment difficulties relating to COVID-19

Last updated 2 July 2021

Under current guidance from the FCA, the deadline for applying for a new payment deferral has now passed. If you are already in receipt of a payment deferral, you may be able to extend this to 31 July 2021 at the latest, provided any extensions cover consecutive payments and your total payment deferral is no more than the maximum six months allowed.

If you are facing difficulties making your mortgage payments due to COVID-19 measures and have not had a payment deferral, or your payment deferral has ended, there are a number of other options we may be able to offer to support you.

If you need help due to COVID-19 please email your details to including your name, email address and contact number and a member of the team will be in touch soon.
