Christmas & New Years opening times

Our telephone lines will be closed from 12.30pm on Wednesday 24th December and will re-open as normal on Monday 29th December. 

They will then close again from 3.30pm on Wednesday 31st December and will re-open as normal on Friday 2nd January.

Christmas and New Year payment processing 

Please note that requests received for electronic payments after 12pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 will not be processed until Monday 29th December, in addition, payments received after 12pm on Wednesday 31st December 2025 will not be processed until Friday 2 January 2026. The cut off time will change to 12 pm for all working days during the festive period.
