In a year shaped by economic uncertainty and changing expectations in the workplace, we’re proud to share that we’ve once again been named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for 2025.
This is the second year in a row we’ve received this recognition, and it means a great deal to us. It’s more than just an award — it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve built together, where our colleagues feel they belong, are supported, and are inspired to do their best work.

Investing in Our Communities
Earlier this year, we announced a £250,000 donation to our community fund, part of our long-term Thrive! Agenda. This includes Thrive! Forward, a new programme focused on supporting young people with mental health, financial literacy, career planning, and employability skills. And we’re just getting started; more exciting updates are on the way.
