Telephone lines
Our phone lines will be closed from 12.30pm Tuesday 24 December (Christmas Eve) and will reopen at 9:00am Friday 27 December. They will close again at 3.30pm Tuesday 31 December, reopening as normal at 9am on Thursday 2 January.

Christmas and New Year payment processing – Please note that requests received for electronic payments after 12pm on Tuesday 24 December will not be processed until Friday 27 December, in addition, payments received after 12pm on Tuesday 31 December 2024 will not be processed until Thursday 2 January 2025. The cut off time will change to 12 pm for all working days during the festive period.
