Bridging Loan Fees

Arrangement Fee:
2% of the loan amount

Application Fee:
£95 payable on submission of application

Early Repayment charge:
£0 – you can repay your bridging loan as soon as you wish

In addition to the above you will have Legal Fees and Valuation Fees which will be detailed in your personal illustration
