Annual report & accounts

We delivered a record-breaking 2023, with total assets increasing to £720m and our mortgage book growing by 20% for the second year running. Savings accounts saw record inflows of £129m, significantly exceeding the 2022 total of £92m. We remain one of the fastest-growing building societies.
