We connect with our members in many ways. From everyday chats with our customer service team to Customer Service Feedback calls, Trustpilot reviews, and local events, every conversation helps us understand what’s important to you.
We also run dedicated research panels, giving members a chance to share deeper insights into their experiences and expectations.
August Member Panel Spotlight
We recently hosted one of our Member Panel sessions, where a small, focused group of members came together to discuss savings, banking services, and community support.
These sessions are a valuable opportunity for us to hear directly from our members. Participants shared how they manage their savings, some use spreadsheets to track monthly finances, while others rely on banking apps for regular account checks. Savings goals ranged from epic rail journeys across continents to enjoying retirement through short European trips.
We also explored how members interact with our services. While online banking is the preferred method for most, branches remain important for personal contact and discovering new products. Security and fraud prevention were key topics, with members highlighting the importance of regular monitoring.
Community support was another important theme, members expressed pride in our local impact and suggested ways we could do even more, such as offering financial education workshops for younger people.
