We were also honoured to have been nominated in the Best Building Society/Mutual category, what a fantastic achievement all round. 

We’re thrilled and extremely proud to be recognised in the official Sunday Times Best Places to Work listings published last Friday. Our people have given a resounding thumbs up that they feel part of a business that’s inclusive, actively engages them, and prioritises their happiness and wellbeing.

We were named as finalists in the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2024 Best Short-term Lender category.

Off the back of another record-lending year, which saw our mortgage business grow 20% for the second year running, it was great to be recognised for our specialist bridging finance solutions and our dedicated team’s hard-work to provide a proactive, personal service to our brokers and their clients.

Having been nominated by a third party, the esteemed panel of industry judges have made us one of the final four in the Best Buy to Let Mortgage Lender category in this year’s Property Reporter Awards.
