It gives us great pleasure to invite you to join our AGM and to help us celebrate the opening of our new head office.

Join us on Thursday 25th April at Newcombe House, The Point, Market Harborough, LE16 7QU from 2pm.

Thanks to you our members, and our hard working colleagues, 2023 was another year to be proud of. We’d love you to join us to celebrate the opening of our new head office and to meet some of the people who are helping to make your Society what it is today.

You’ll hear from special guests about the work they are doing to help people in our communities thrive and live more fulfilling lives, and you’ll have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and other members over afternoon tea sponsored by local artisans Emerson and Wests. Join us for a tour around our new facilities which can be used by local charities for free.

Appropriate timings are as follows:
2.00pm: AGM
2.45pm: Opening of the building
3.00pm: Special guest speakers
3.30pm: Afternoon tea
3.45pm: Optional tours

Please RSVP by emailing registration@mhbs.co.uk by Wednesday 17th April, we’re also delighted to offer you the opportunity to bring a guest, just let us know who you’ll be bringing when you reply.

Need help getting to us?

Our new head office has lots of free car parking if you are planning to drive. If you need help travelling to us we can arrange transport from our Welland House Branch on The Square, just let us know when you RSVP.

Vote online or at the meeting

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to vote online. Details on how to vote have been sent to you in your AGM pack, either by post or email. You have up until midnight on Tuesday 23 April 2024 to have your say. If you require any help please email customersfirst@mhbs.co.uk or call 01858 412412.
