Recently we received an application from a client who was looking to purchase a property which was part of a chain, with a tight completion deadline. We used an AVM and secured the funds against her current residential property, which helped us turn around the application quickly. By working closely with the intermediary, we agreed a mortgage offer in under two weeks, which meant the client hit the deadline and secured the property she wanted.
