New remortgage deals for loans over £500k!

Our new range of larger-loan residential remortgage products are a great choice for clients borrowing between £500k and £5m.

The fixed and discounted variable rate deals are available up to 75% LTV and all our larger-loan remortgage solutions have a product fee of £995.  

We take a flexible approach and assess applications on an affordability basis – considering non-standard income sources if necessary. We can help with simple and more complex scenarios, and if you have a case that falls outside of our standard products and criteria, please get in touch.
