We have a range of larger loan products to help provide a solution for your remortgage clients borrowing up to £5m. The fixed and discounted variable rate deals are available up to 75% LTV and have a product fee of £995. Application fees start from £95.

Overview

Below are the products available and LTV tiers that apply:

2 Year Fixed Rate – 2.49%
5 Year Fixed Rate – 3.19%
3 Year Discounted Variable Rate – 2.24%

£500k to £2.75m = Maximum 75% LTV
Up to £3.5m = Maximum 70% LTV
Up to £4.25m = Maximum 65% LTV
Up to £5m = Maximum 60% LTV

Key features

The following applies to our larger loan for remortgage range:

  • Available on interest only loans, subject to criteria
  • Affordability-based (no income multiple restriction). Our flexible approach means we are able to consider non-standard income sources.
  • Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) during the deal period

We manually underwrite applications assessed on a case-by-case basis, you’ll have a dedicated Specialist Lending Manager and underwriter who will be available to help and keep you updated as your case progresses. We also use AVMs wherever possible.
