We provide a simple criteria for applicants 18 years old to 85 years old, with up to 4 applicants for properties in England and Wales. We also offer a complex criteria to accommodate those clients with a more detailed scenario and bespoke solutions to those that don’t fit into either of these.
With loans up to £5m on a 75% LTV, we are able to offer competitive solutions for the high net worth market.

Yes – our high net worth range also includes solutions for those clients who may be completing on a house purchase and require the extra flexibility of a bridging option.
We can provide solutions to cover the buy before sell situation, re-bridging or for development purposes, offering a five year roll up with up to 70% LTV.
