At MHBS we don’t rely on computer-based decisions and assess each case on its individual merits. This allows us to build a product that matches the clients’ requirements.
We offer bridging solutions for both straightforward and unusual cases and can even create bespoke products for scenarios that fall outside of our standard criteria. Our interest roll-up bridging finance is available for up to 12 months (or 60 months for HNW clients) and intermediaries also like our ability to flex fees and rates, as it helps them tailor the perfect solution.
