More than a one-size-fits all approach

As clients’ circumstances become increasingly complicated, we know how important it is to offer more than a simple one-size-fits-all approach. The key to success is lenders and intermediaries working in partnership to understand the finer details of a clients’ scenario. At MHBS we don’t rely on computer-based decisions and assess each case on its individual merits. This allows us to build a product that matches the clients’ requirements.

We offer bridging solutions for both straightforward and unusual cases and can even create bespoke products for scenarios that fall outside of our standard criteria. Our interest roll-up bridging finance is available for up to 12 months (or 60 months for HNW clients) and intermediaries also like our ability to flex fees and rates, as it helps them tailor the perfect solution.

Bridging solutions for a variety of purposes

Many people use bridging finance to secure a property before they have sold their existing home, but in today’s increasingly complex market, there are many other scenarios where a bridging loan can be helpful.

  • downsizing
  • raising funds for business purposes
  • re-bridging

  • Buying before selling
 

We’re used to dealing with unusual properties 

Complex and unusual properties are the norm for us, we have experience in lending on:

Versatile exit strategies

We are also happy to discuss a wide range of practical repayment strategies.

The exit strategy for a straightforward case could be the sale of an asset, security or investment. We also have considerable experience in setting up bridging finance where the repayment strategy is more complex and involves the sale of shares, overseas assets or a combination of different methods.

Flexibility for HNW clients

We pride ourselves on offering a high-quality service to everyone including your discerning HNW clients. HNW individuals can benefit from an even greater level of flexibility. With us, they can roll-up interest for up to five years and we offer a higher LTV of up to 70%.
