We want to thank our colleagues and intermediary partners for their support. We’re proud that we’ve continued to make homeownership a reality for many borrowers, especially in this year’s challenging environment. 

As we look back on another record-breaking year, here are some of the great things we’ve achieved with your help:

Our commitment to you

We were one of the first lenders to announce a minimum 24 hour product withdrawal notice period to support you. We recognise that trust and communication between us are key to delivering the best outcome for clients. 

We’ve lived up to this promise ever since and will continue to do so in 2024.

Even greater choice of mortgage ranges 

As an experienced specialist lender, we’re always looking for more ways to meet your clients’ needs, including helping those struggling with affordability. These are some of the mortgage solutions we introduced in 2023:

• Multi-generation for up to four borrowers and incomes, including JBSP
• No-fee mortgages across our range to help clients looking for lower upfront costs
• Added fixed rate bridging options to our existing variable rates to give clients more choice
• Low ERC products for those wanting the flexibility to exit their mortgage deal early
• Limited edition deals

Award winners!

Thanks to your feedback, January kicked off with the news that we’d won a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for the second year running. The award recognises our commitment to providing outstanding customer service – don’t just take our word for it, take a look at our latest reviews.

In the summer, we were delighted to receive a Mortgages Innovation Award in the Finder 2023 UK Lending Innovation Awards for our new multi-generation range.

They gave the award based on the following three criteria: uniqueness of innovation, impact in the market and value to customers.
