OUR SVR IS
REDUCING
Great news!
From 1 March 2025, our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) is dropping by 0.20% to 7.79%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate will also reduce to 7.79% on the same day.
Affected customers will be contacted directly. This change will show on our website and product guide from 5pm on 28 February. You may see the new SVR reflected on some systems sooner.
