We’ve just reduced our residential and let fixed rates by up to 0.25%. Our two-year fixed rates are now 0.25% lower and our three-year rates have dropped by 0.10%.

And don’t forget, we recently made some enhancements to our residential and let variable and five-year fixed rate products to meet even more of your clients’ needs:
- Launched new two-year variable rate products, with an ERC of 2% in year one and 1% in year two
- Enhanced our five-year fixed rates with updated ERCs, starting at 5% in year one and dropping 1% each year down to 1% in year five
