OUR MORTGAGE RATES HAVE
REDUCED

Rate drop alert!

Great news – we’ve just reduced many of our residential and let mortgage rates, including expat solutions, meaning your clients can benefit from even LOWER rates for cases up to £5m.

Here’s a summary of our key reductions:

• All variable rates – by up to 0.45%
• All three-year fixed rates – by up to 0.15%
• All tier two fixed rates within our UK residential up to £3m range – by up to 0.15%
• All fixed rates within our larger loan range – by up to 0.15%

These latest changes will help us support even more of your clients, including expats, landlords, those with non-standard income, quirky properties or looking for a larger loan up to £5m. 

And don’t forget – we recently made our residential range even more accessible by increasing the maximum loan size to £3m, so more of your clients can benefit from our cheaper rates and product fee, read more about this here.

Our SVR has also reduced

At the same time we decreased our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) by 0.20% to 7.59%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate have also reduced to 7.59%.
