Our residential and let fixed rates have decreased by 0.50%, including expat, buy to let and multi-generation.
Residential rates now start at 6.40% variable and 5.30% fixed for tier one cases, including JBSP, second homes and simple annexes.

You’ll find all the information needed on our product switch page, including our latest deals. We’re committed to offering the same products to our existing borrowers as new borrowers, and there are no product fees for your clients to pay.
