RECHARGED
Lower rates. Greater flexibility. More reasons to place your cases with us.
Our bridging finance proposition is now stronger than ever. We’ve made some changes to make it more accessible for your clients, from those with straightforward scenarios to more complex cases.
Here’s what’s new:
Better rates. Bigger loans.
Our monthly bridging finance rates are now 0.01% LOWER across our tier one and two products – with rates starting from 0.60% variable*.
And we’ve raised the bar – we now offer loans up to £5m across our standard bridging finance range, including our tier one and two products.
These changes mean even more of your clients now have access to our lower rates.
