Welcome Andy Taylor, our new Head of Strategic Planning and Customer Proposition.
We’ve created this brand new role to support our drive to become the specialist lender of choice. Andy will be responsible for leading our mortgage and savings Product and Proposition Teams. He will identify opportunities in the market and develop new products and initiatives that meet customer needs now and in the future. He will ensure we respond to market opportunities as we continue our journey to be the best for you, our broker partners.
Andy was previously at Nottingham Building Society and has considerable experience in senior proposition marketing analytics and research roles.
