Your award-winning specialist lender

We started 2024 off with a bang! After winning a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years, we were awarded a Platinum Trusted Service Award in January. We’re really proud that so far this year 98% of brokers who left us a review gave us a five-star service rating. But don’t just take our word for it, check out the reviews for yourself here.

And it’s not just our service we’ve been recognised for this year! In June, we won Best Short-term Lender at the Financial Reporter Awards. This one meant the world to us as it was voted for by you!

Saying yes to more cases than ever before

This year, we continued to listen to and act on your feedback to make it even easier for you to place your complex cases. We launched new products and enhanced our residential and let ranges, find out more about this here

We also increased the tools and support available to you, including our enhanced product switch process, with a 0.30% proc fee, and criteria hub so you can see exactly how we approach your complex scenarios.
 
This year we also brought our bridging finance solutions to more of you than ever before. Along the way, we made some great enhancements, which you can see here.

Our drive to be best for you

As part of our journey to be your specialist lender of choice we:

  • Continued to deliver on our 24 hour product withdrawal commitment – we gave you at least 24 hours’ notice of each and every product withdrawal that we made this year, and this is something we’ll continue to do.
  • Expanded our team – we invested in our Broker Team to ensure we continue to develop our mortgage offering and provide the service you deserve.
  • Joined the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter, the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association and the MAB 500 foundation.
