We lend from £200k to £5m and up to 80% LTV.

    – Part repayment and part interest only
    – Particularly complex scenarios
  • The exact amount your client(s) can borrow will depend on various factors including a credit reference check and the client’s personal household commitments. These will be assessed further at the DIP stage
  • The affordability calculator outcome is based on the data you input and is an indication only and does not provide a commitment or guarantee that we will offer a mortgage to your client(s)

? For BTL cases we'll require the expected or actual gross rental income. We'll top-slice on all BTL cases with no minimum ICR.
? For Interest Only loans, where sale of the property is the repayment strategy, there must be equity in the property of at least £500k in London and the South East or £300k elsewhere. This applies after deducting all secured loans.
? We lend from £200k to £5m and up to 80% LTV. For example - if borrowing amount is £200,000, property value would need to be at least £250,000.
? Our maximum loan term is 40 years. Our minimum loan term is five years.
? Our maximum number of applicants is four. Joint borrower, sole proprietor is available across our product ranges.

Other existing mortgages

? If your client has a 2nd home or is named on any other residential mortgage, please include the approximate balance outstanding for a more accurate calculation.
? Include for a more accurate calculation regardless of if the let property is considered self-financing.
