Whether you’re directly authorised through a mortgage club, or use an appointed representative network, registering with us is simple, find out more below.
Once registered with us, you’ll have access to Case Hub, our online application system for efficient processing of your mortgage cases. With your own user ID, you can access it anywhere and at any time along with receiving regular updates. You’ll also benefit from our proactive and personal touch, including direct access to your dedicated case underwriter who will keep you updated throughout. Directly Authorised
If you’re a Directly Authorised firm and not already on our panel, please register with us. To do this, you’ll need to let us know which mortgage club you are part of. Please see our partnered clubs at the end of this page.
Here is a checklist of some of the things you will need:
- Your registered mortgage club
- FCA Registration Number
- Location
- Who is the registered owner?
- How many individual advisers are there?
- Do you have a privacy policy and procedures in place?
- Professional Indemnity certificate
Appointed Representative
If you are an Appointed Representative of an approved network there’s no need to register with us before submitting your case. Your next step will be to speak to our Broker Team, who will help you understand the most up to date products and criteria available. They will also be able to set you up on Case Hub.
