In the event that I am/we are investigated for breach of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA), by any other regulatory body or if my/our registration is terminated, I/we will notify Market Harborough Building Society in a timely manner. I/we will continue to act in line with Consumer Duty Principles. I/we have read and agreed to the Market Harborough Building Society Mortgage Intermediary Terms of Business Agreement. I confirm that I am authorised by the intermediary either as, or by a Director or FCA Senior Management Function holder to complete, accept and sign this application. If a full application isn’t submitted within 24 months, we will ask you to reapply to the panel before submitting your next case.
