OUR SVR IS
REDUCING
From 1 October 2025, our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) will drop by 0.20% to 7.39%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate will also reduce to 7.39% on the same day.
Affected customers will be contacted directly. This change will show on our website and product guide from 9am on 1 October. You may see the new SVR reflected on some systems sooner.
We’ll update you again closer to the time.
