We’ve just launched changes to make our loans over £2m even more accessible for your clients.

Our larger loan solutions now cater for those looking to borrow between £3m and £5m.

And the great news is, all loans between £200k and £3m are now part of our standard residential solutions, including expat.

Here’s a summary of our changes, and how your clients can benefit:

• Residential solutions up to £3m – this change means that if you’ve got a client looking for a loan between £2m and £3m, they can now take advantage of lower rates and a fixed product fee of £1,495

• Expat residential solutions up to £3m – we can now help even more expat clients at our lower rates by offering them our standard expat range up to £3m, with no fee options available

• Larger loan solutions between £3m and £5m – available with a fixed product fee of £2,495

And don’t forget, we also offer increased flexibility for high net worth clients, including HNW exemption considered on all loan sizes.

We recently made some enhancements to our residential and let variable and five-year fixed rate products to meet even more of your clients’ needs:

• Launched new two-year variable rate products, with an ERC of 2% in year one and 1% in year two
• Enhanced our five-year fixed rates with updated ERCs, starting at 5% in year one and dropping 1% each year down to 1% in year five
