Great news!
We’ve just reduced two, three and five-year fixed rates across many of our residential solutions by up to 0.20%.
Rates on our tier one and tier two fixed rate residential products for loans up to £3m, including expat solutions, have reduced by:
- Tier one = 0.15%
- Tier two = 0.20%
Our larger loan rates for cases up to £5m remain unaffected.
We offer tiered products based on the case complexity, with tier one including lending into retirement, joint borrower sole proprietor, second homes and simple annexe applications as standard.

Our standard residential solutions are now even more accessible!
And don’t forget, we recently raised the loan threshold across our standard residential ranges to £3m. This means your clients looking for a solution between £2m and £3m can now take advantage of a lower rate, along with a lower fixed product fee for UK cases – find out more.
