MORTGAGE RATES REDUCED

Here’s to a great 2026!

We kickstarted the new year with a host of rate reductions, making our specialist lending solutions even more accessible. 

Our Standard Variable Rate has dropped

From 1 January, our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) dropped by 0.15% to 7.24%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate also reduced to 7.24% on the same day. 

We reduced our mortgage rates

Our two-year fixed and variable residential and let rates are now up to 0.15% lower, including expat scenarios. Rates have dropped by the following:

• Two-year fixed rates – by 0.05% 
• Variable rates – by 0.15%

…And lowered our bridging finance rates

Our tier one and two monthly bridging finance rates have also reduced by 0.01%. This includes our limited edition bridging finance range, with rates starting from 0.57%*
