REDUCED
Great news!
We’ve just reduced our residential and let fixed rates by up to 0.30%. Two-year fixed rates are now 0.25% lower, whilst three and five-year fixed rates have dropped by 0.30%.

And that’s not all! Our SVR is also reducing
From 1 January 2025, our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) is dropping by 0.20% to 7.99%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate will also reduce to 7.99% on the same day.
Affected customers will be contacted directly. This change will show on our website and product guide from 9am on 2 January. You may see the new SVR reflected on some systems sooner.
