LARGER LOAN
RATES REDUCED
Great news!
We’ve just reduced our residential larger loan rates by up to 0.60%, meaning your clients looking for a loan between £3m and £5m can now benefit from lower rates!
All fixed and variable rates across our residential larger loan range have reduced by:
- Tier one – 0.35%
- Tier two – 0.60%
- Tier three – 0.15%
Rates for our residential solutions for cases up to £3m remain unaffected.
We offer tiered products based on the case complexity, with the lowest residential larger loan tier including interest-only, complex income, lending into retirement, joint borrower sole proprietor, second home applications and more – all as standard!

Here’s a reminder of how we’ve made it even easier to place your residential cases this summer.
Our SVR is reducing
And just a reminder – on 1 October our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) will drop by 0.20% to 7.39%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate will also reduce to 7.39% on the same day. Find out more.
