We pride ourselves on offering a flexible approach by reviewing each case individually and we don’t apply minimum income restrictions. Residential rates are available from 2.24%. Pricing is tailored to your clients’ circumstances.

- Sale of property and credible downsize available with £250k equity
- Sale of investments
- Sale of background property/land assets
- Pension plans
- Bonus lump sum overpayments
- Strategies that include a mixture of these will be assessed on an individual basis
