We’ve faced the challenges of 2020 together, adapting to new ways of working and seeking out new opportunities in the way we work. You can be sure that in the weeks ahead, our commitment to you, our intermediary partners, will not waver.

Making life easier for you

You’ll notice that we’ve introduced a new logo and the name MHBS for intermediaries, but our values and the reasons for choosing us remain the same. We’ve also made some positive changes to the way we work, here’s what we’ve done to make life easier for you and your clients.

• Our Specialist Lending Managers can be reached by telephone or Zoom, and with less time on the road now have even more time to answer your questions and discuss individual cases – something you’ve told us works better for you
• Our Credit Committee meet daily via Zoom to quickly turn around decisions you can rely on
• Our Underwriting Coordinators review case files before our Underwriters and notify you earlier in the process if any information or documents are missing
• Where possible we’re using AVMs for products up to 60% LTV to keep cases moving smoothly
