This year’s events have led to a surge in interest in UK-based holidays and in turn, an increase in the number of clients looking to invest in properties to let. We’re delighted to offer a wide range of products, catering for many different scenarios. Residential properties with mixed usage
For clients wishing to let their property for part of the year, we have competitive mortgages available with consent to let for up to 24 weeks per annum. Rates begin at 2.74% for UK-based applicants and 3.74% for expats.
We provide holiday let mortgages with rates from 3.49% or 3.99% for expats, and are happy to consider AirBnB lets amongst others, including:
• multiple lets on one title
• listed properties
• large acreage
• regulated holiday lets
