Our standard criteria for all high net worth cases is:

    • Minimum age 18, maximum 85
    • Up to four applicants
  • Principle security:
  • located in England and Wales
  • must be primarily residential in nature, buy to let and holiday lets are considered. Those with limited commercial use are considered on a case by case basis
  • option of providing more than one security is available
