REDUCED
Great news!
On Tuesday 1 October, we reduced our residential and let fixed rates by up to 0.30%. Two-year fixed rates are now 0.30% lower, whilst three-year fixed rates have dropped by 0.20%.
This reduction applies for both new and existing customers. If your client is approaching the end of their deal with us, it’s straightforward to complete a product switch with our simple steps. We also pay a 0.30% proc fee on residential and let cases, find out more here.
And that’s not all! Our SVR has also reduced
From 1 October, our residential Standard Variable Rate (SVR) dropped by 0.20% to 8.19%. The holiday let SVR and commercial base rate also reduced to 8.19% on the same day.
